On September 2nd, the leader of the third generation energy storage system - Light Energy, showcased its pioneering matrix energy storage system at the 3rd EESA Energy Storage Exhibition. As a pioneer in the industry, we showcased a series of innovative energy storage solutions, including our flagship product, the third-generation matrix energy storage cabinet E3Matrix, PET direct hanging energy storage matrix E4Matrix ES, and three-phase four wire inverter E2C2000, for our solar energy company.
In this exhibition, multiple cutting-edge innovative solutions were provided for the diversified application scenarios of photovoltaic energy, including the source grid side, industrial and commercial side, and distribution network area, showcasing its professional strength and advanced technology in the field of energy storage, and demonstrating its determination to promote industry progress and innovation.

Ultimate safety with lower LCOS
At the EESA exhibition, the third-generation matrix energy storage cabinet E3Matrix-C/S2000-385 was launched for solar energy. This ingenious work perfectly integrates module level battery controllers, inverters, battery stacks, liquid cooling systems, and fire safety systems into one cabinet, and is applied in various scenarios such as industrial and commercial energy storage, substation energy storage, and source grid side energy storage. The E3Matrix matrix matrix energy storage cabinet, with ultimate safety as its core, is based on a self-developed module level battery controller to achieve active safety management, module level online bypass, and package level six in one fire monitoring for precise fire extinguishing, making safety hazards nowhere to hide.
In terms of lifespan and efficiency, the E3Matrix matrix energy storage cabinet also performs excellently. By adopting package level independent liquid cooling and module level thermal balance technology, the temperature difference between the battery cells is minimized, and the system cycle life is increased by 25%. Through module level battery controller active balancing technology, the battery utilization rate is increased by more than 7%, and the LCOS is reduced by more than 30%.
PET direct hanging energy storage
Safer, more efficient, and more proactive
The PET direct hanging energy storage matrix E4Matrix ES adopts revolutionary power electronic transformer (PET) technology to create a leading full power electronic medium/high voltage direct hanging energy storage system in the industry. This system has completely revolutionized the traditional energy storage architecture, replacing traditional PCS and transformers with PET, significantly improving energy conversion efficiency by 3%, while achieving more refined battery management and higher system safety. This innovation not only reduces the cost of electricity, but also achieves high-frequency electrical isolation on the high-voltage direct hanging architecture, avoiding the risk of high voltage short circuit in the system. It is equipped with a module level battery controller, achieving active safety and module level active bypass, and running more stably and reliably.
In addition, the power electronic transformer in the system adopts third-generation semiconductor silicon carbide devices, with a conversion efficiency of up to 98.5%, far exceeding traditional solutions. At the same time, there is no no-load loss problem of power frequency transformers, and the system cycle efficiency is significantly improved. By combining active balancing technology with module level battery controllers, we further reduce the loss of series parallel power mismatch, significantly increase the available power of the system, reduce LCOS by more than 32%, and increase IRR by more than 45%, truly solving the binary opposition problem of "safety economy" in energy storage systems.
