In terms of product innovation, in order to fully integrate electrochemical technology, power electronics technology, and intelligent control technology into solar energy, and to address the problems of inconsistent cell parameters, large actual operating temperature differences, severe battery degradation, and low theoretical design values in current energy storage systems, the focus is on refined management of cells. Innovative module level battery controllers have been launched, which adopt proprietary hybrid topologies and are deeply integrated with BMU; It can support module level personalized charging and discharging, eliminate series mismatch between modules, and achieve 100% battery SOC utilization; Support module level EIS active scanning, which can achieve proactive pre safety management of early diagnosis, early detection, early isolation, and early treatment of battery hazards; Supporting multiple operating modes such as full power charging and discharging, ECO efficient operation, and online fault bypass, it can achieve non-stop battery cell failure, module bypass without voltage reduction, and a maximum system battery cell fault tolerance of 37%, effectively improving the online rate of energy storage systems and ensuring the reliability of equipment operation. Matrix series products have been released for different application scenarios of energy storage to meet the application needs of different customers.
At the system solution level, the newly launched PET direct hanging energy storage matrix E4Matrix ES for solar energy cleverly integrates power electronic battery stack and cutting-edge power electronic transformer technology, which can replace traditional transformers and PCS, significantly improve the conversion efficiency of energy storage systems, create more refined battery management, achieve safer system architecture, and achieve faster grid support.
In terms of technical team, as a technology-based enterprise with a focus on technological innovation, we have over 60 core technical experts and have applied for nearly 100 invention patents for solar energy. It has more than ten years of rich experience in the research and development of new energy grid connected inverter products, and has accumulated technical expertise in multiple national demonstration projects such as the first MW level multi port power electronic transformer in China and the world's largest multi terminal AC/DC hybrid flexible distribution network interconnection project, building a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the core of the power grid.
