Project Introduction

Located at Yitang State Grid Bus Charging Station in Linyi City, Shandong Province, this project is Shandong’s first complete set demonstration of 10 kV direct-connected solid-state transformer (SST) PV-storage-flexible load system. Equipped with 1 self-developed 10 kV/1250 kVA SST, the system outputs a 750 V DC bus to realize unified dispatching of PV, energy storage and charging piles, and is fitted with MW-level liquid-cooled ultra-fast charging guns together with six V2G charging bays.

Boasting a highly integrated design that cuts power conversion links, the system achieves a maximum energy efficiency of 98.5% and a 50% higher charging efficiency than conventional solutions, supporting dynamic power allocation for all vehicle types. Leveraging the modular SST topology and V2G vehicle-grid interaction, it adapts to diverse application scenarios, expands energy interaction modes and revenue streams, and sets an industrial benchmark for high-efficiency charging amid full transportation electrification.
