Located at the South Plant of GEM (WUXI) ENERGY MATERIAL CO., LTD., Xinwu District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, this C&I energy storage project serves the factory’s power supply. Equipped with 18 sets of 344 kWh energy storage cabinets and one 20 kVA box-type substation, the system boasts a capacity of 2MW/6.192MWh. It adopts hierarchical power supply via dedicated grid-connected lines to match the power demand of factory production.
The system delivers stable and efficient operation with an overall station efficiency exceeding 85%. Its cumulative charge and discharge volume approaches 5.8 GWh, generating considerable economic benefits. Fitted with perfluoroketone fire suppression system, independent backup power supply and UPS uninterruptible power supply, the project features superior safety and stability. The anti-reflux protection design ensures reliable and safe operation of both the energy storage station and power grid.
